Our Experience
Our experience covers hot-tapping and linestopping on upstream and downstream oil and gas pipelines as well as water and petrochemical pipelines. In addition to pipelines, we perform work on many different industrial facilities, such as storage tanks, pressure vessels, chemical reactors, etc. We also manufacture the fittings, equipment and accessories related to and required for the Hot-tap and Linestop Operations.
Thanks to our international structure, we currently operate in many countries ranging from Mexico to Spain, Nigeria to UAE etc.
Whom We Serve
We serve Water, Oil and Natural Gas transmission and distribution pipeline operators as well as Refinery and Petrochemical Plant operators.
Capabilities
We have the capability to perform turn-key Hot-tap and Linestop Services (including Welding, Cold-Cutting etc) up to and including 48” Class 600 Pipelines as well as on Tanks. We also perform composite repair services.
Our group of companies is specialized in providing material and services for repair-maintenance and revision services on in-service natural gas, oil, petrochemical, water pipelines and equipment.
As the only company in the region providing turn key services as well as manufacturing its own fittings, our group has become renown and been repeatedly employed for our quick response and problem solving capabilities.
2008 - Started manufactured in Istanbul, Turkeyhot-tap-5
2009 - Designed, built and tested its proprietary line of Hot-tap equipment up to 3’’ and 6’’ Class 600.
2009 - Designed, built and tested its proprietary line of Linestop equipment 4’’ up to 12’’ Class 600.
2010 - Started performing Linestops up to 12’’ with proprietary equipment
2011 - Improved original fittings design to eliminate possibility of leaks from high pressure plugs.
2012 - Designed, built and tested its proprietary line of sandwich valves for Class 150 / 300 / 600
2013 - Designed, built and tested its proprietary line of hydraulic Linestop machines 10’’ up to 30’’ Class 600
2014 - Purchased hot-tap machine for hot-taps up to 12’’ up to 42’’ Class 600
2015 - Purchased additional equipment for Hot-taps 8’’ up to 24’’ Class 600
2016 - Our first linestop operations in the Istanbul Water Works Management (ISKI). We designed and manufactured the first Hydraulic Power unit for Hot-tap operations up to
2017 - 42 ”Class600. We created our Sandwich Valve design as Class 300/600 for 30 ”/ 36” / 42” operations
2018 - We started to design and manufacture InsertVana systems for water lines
2019 - We designed and produced 36 ”Class 600 Hot-tap and Linestop Fittings and 48” Anchor Flange (used in Turkish Stream project) - We produced 32 ”Sandwich Valve.
